In three phases

The starting point for every project at Limpidex is a thorough analysis of the customer’s needs, to clarify the project’s objectives and constraints. This essential step includes :

  • Listening and Analysis: Whether it’s a new product, a range upgrade, or an update of the packaging process (change of service provider, etc.). We work with the customer to determine production targets (volumes, lead times) and specific requirements, whether for specific certifications or compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory feasibility study: Our team begins by examining the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and any other technical documents supplied by the customer. This enables us to validate suitability for our approvals, understand your product’s characteristics (viscosity, density, stability, etc.) and define packaging and transport requirements.
  • Assessment of technical capabilities: We analyze the capabilities of our production equipment and internal processes to ensure that we can meet product specifications, whether for small series or large-scale production. If adjustments are necessary, we identify them at this stage.
    At this stage, with our packaging design department, we can offer to test the defined products.
