The packaging process
Product Entry and Control
All products received undergo a conformity check (weight, quantity, reference, expiry date, etc.) to ensure that they meet customer specifications.
Preparation and Packaging
Based on the specifications of each customer, we package products in strict compliance with pre-established quality plans. Thanks to our IOT system, we ensure complete traceability and precise metrological monitoring throughout the process.
Warehousing and Inventory Management
After packaging, products are securely stored. We ensure optimized stock management and responsiveness to customer requests.
Shipping and tracking
Packaged products are ready for shipment. Thanks to our traceability system, products are either delivered directly to your logistics platforms, or sent to their destination, depending on deadlines and customer requirements.

Plastic and metal tubing machines :
We have several tubing machines for packaging tubes and cartridges of viscous and pasty products in plastic or metal tubes:
- 1 plastic tubing machine for filling products such as adhesives, sealants or lubricants, guaranteeing precise filling and secure sealing.
- 2 mixed tubing machines (plastic and metal) for packaging cartridges, metal or plastic tubes, to handle a wide variety of products requiring reinforced protection.
- 1 metal tubing machine for metal tubes, ideal for products requiring extra strength and professional presentation.
Volumetric dispensers (10 ml to 1L) :
We use 3 volumetric dosing machines to fill liquid and pasty products ranging from 10 ml to 1L. This high-precision equipment is used for products such as inks, lubricants and glues.
10L volumetric filler:
For products packaged in larger quantities, our 10L volumetric filler enables fast, precise filling of cans, jars or other large containers.
Clean atmosphere line :
Our clean atmosphere line is dedicated to the packaging of pouches and other products requiring a protected environment. This is particularly suitable for sectors such as the chemical or food industries, where product protection is essential to guarantee safety and durability.
Shrinkwrapper :
We also use a shrink-wrapper for shrink-wrapping, offering extra protection and a neat presentation, while ensuring product safety during transport.
Blistering / boxing machine :
Our blister packaging / boxing system enables us to package products requiring enhanced protection against theft.
It also manufactures boxes.

- Production tracking: Each batch is tracked throughout the process, from receipt of raw materials to shipment of the finished product. Thanks to advanced traceability systems, we ensure that every stage of production meets deadlines and quality standards.
